What materials are accepted at your transfer station?

We accept construction debris, green waste, furniture, appliances, concrete/asphalt, roofing, sheet rock, dirt, rock, sod and electronics. Clean and separated cardboard and metals can also be recycled at our facility free of charge. If you have questions concerning the material, please give us a call.

What materials are prohibited for transfer station, roll-off and front load dumpsters?

We cannot accept tires, wet paint, batteries, catalytic converters or hazardous waste like gas, oil or freon.

How soon can I schedule a delivery or service?

We want to service your container as soon as possible. On call service is on a first come, first served basis. We try our absolute best to schedule next day service or delivery but it is not always guaranteed.

How will holidays affect my recurring service?

If your recurring service day falls on a holiday, your service will occur the business day before or immediately after the holiday.

Do you offer a rebate program for recyclable materials?

Nevada Recycling & Salvage offers free recycling of cardboard, metal and plastic materials. NRS will not pay for recyclable materials.

How can I pay my invoices?

Submitting payment is easy! You may go to www.keepnvgreen.com and click on My Account. Select the appropriate account option and follow the steps to log in. You may also call our office and make payment by phone using a credit or debit card.

Checks can be mailed to NRS - 1085 Telegraph St, Reno NV 89502 (please be sure to reference account and invoice number on all checks).

ACH payment is accepted, please contact our office for more information.
